
Matcha Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
- cup ( g) rolled oats
- tbsp chia seeds
- tsp culinary grade matcha powder
- A pinch of salt
- cup ( mL) milk of your choice
- tbsp maple syrup or honey
- cup ( g) plain Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
- Toppings: Fresh berries, sliced almonds, coconut flakes
Instructions:
- In a jar or a container with a lid, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, matcha powder, and salt. Stir well to distribute the matcha evenly.
- Pour in the milk and maple syrup. Add the Greek yogurt if using.
- Stir everything together until well combined and there are no dry spots or matcha clumps.
- Secure the lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- In the morning, give it a good stir. If it's too thick, add a splash more milk.
- Top with your favorite fruits, nuts, and seeds before serving.
